Subscription Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds are available for the most recent subscription charge if:- The request is made within 5 days of the charge.
- No order credits have been used to fulfil orders.
Order Credits
- Non-Refundable Credits: Credits received through promotions cannot be refunded or transferred.
- Refundable Top-ups: Top-ups of order credits may be refunded on a case-by-case basis, considering only the unused amounts. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
Shipped Orders
Returns:- No need to return items to our warehouse due to high shipping costs.
- Refunds for returns are issued within 30 days of delivery upon proof of refund.
- Refunds are provided if you can show proof of the issue within 30 days of the order’s delivery.
- Sample orders are not eligible for refunds.
- Damaged or defective products will be replaced upon receiving high-quality images or videos of the issue.
- Orders in transit for more than 5 days beyond the estimated delivery window will be replaced.
- Processing Time: The time to process an order (from placement to shipment) varies and is separate from shipping time.
