At Siwiyah Marketplace, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policies on shipping, returns, and refunds below:

Subscription Refunds

• The request is made within 5 days of the charge.
• No order credits have been used to fulfil orders.

Order Credits

• Non-Refundable Credits: Credits received through promotions cannot be refunded or transferred.
• Refundable Top-ups: Top-ups of order credits may be refunded on a case-by-case basis, considering only the unused amounts. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Shipped Orders

• No need to return items to our warehouse due to high shipping costs.
• Refunds for returns are issued within 30 days of delivery upon proof of refund.

• Refunds are provided if you can show proof of the issue within 30 days of the order’s delivery.
• Sample orders are not eligible for refunds.

• Damaged or defective products will be replaced upon receiving high-quality images or videos of the issue.
• Orders in transit for more than 5 days beyond the estimated delivery window will be replaced.
• Processing Time: The time to process an order (from placement to shipment) varies and is separate from shipping time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Receive a full refund if you have already refunded your customer.
• Have a replacement order shipped out at no extra charge.
